Throughout his career, Jim has led diverse transformations, including one-on-one executive coaching, team turnarounds, and large-scale organizational change. As a CHRO, he guided a company to achieve Fortune Best Workplace certification, successfully navigating high-stakes challenges such as acquisitions and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jim has served in roles ranging from VP of Operations to CHRO, and from consultant to campus minister—each enriching his holistic view of leadership. Whether he’s helping teams align on strategy or coaching individuals through complex people dynamics, Jim is known for listening deeply, drawing insightful models (literally), and helping others unlock their purpose.

He holds a business degree from Western Michigan University and is a certified coach, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitator, and Peer-Coaching Circles Guide.

Beyond Work

A proud dad of three adult daughters, Jim finds renewal on trails and in the water—running, hiking, skiing, or sharing a good meal with friends. Guided by the principles never give up and never stop learning, Jim brings that same mindset into every coaching relationship.
